How to make a referral

Referrals for all adult programs, both residential and day programs, must be processed through the Developmental Services Access Centre who will complete an in-depth intake interview and qualify the individual to receive services through the developmental service sector. Families and individuals may identify at this interview what services/supports they are interested in receiving and this information will be forwarded to the agency as openings in programs occur. Some programs have waiting lists so unfortunately there is no clear time frame identified as to when services may be offered.
